Musée Arménien de France

The Musée Arménien de France was established in 1949 by Nourhan Fringhian, a survivor who arrived in France as a child after escaping the Armenian genocide. Fringhian sought to create a permanent home for Armenian heritage in Paris, gathering a collection that traces three millennia of history through religious artifacts, rare coins, and intricate ceramics. This effort was driven by a desire to preserve a culture that its community had been forced to leave behind, turning the museum into a vital repository for a displaced people.
