The Musée d Ennery is a preserved time capsule of nineteenth century collecting, housed within a private mansion at fifty nine Avenue Foch. Unlike typical museums that rotate their exhibits or update their galleries, this space remains exactly as it was when it first opened to the public in nineteen hundred and eight. Its founder, Clémence d Ennery, stipulated in her will that the collection must never be rearranged, ensuring that the thousands of art objects remain in their original, crowded wooden display cabinets, just as she arranged them during her lifetime.
