Completed in the late nineteen-eighties, its design emphasizes transparency and open circulation, featuring internal walkways and bridges intended to connect the interior life of the theater with the surrounding neighborhood. Architects Valentin Fabre and Jean Perrottet rejected monumentality in favor of functionality, treating the structure as a highly efficient tool specifically built to support the production of contemporary drama.
