Gary Nader has spent decades collecting monumental art, and this park holds the overflow from his gallery nearby. You see bronze and steel sculptures sitting directly on the pavement, surrounded by an industrial fence that leaves them exposed to the elements. This was once a warehouse district where the buildings served only manufacturing purposes. Nader bought the land to create an open air setting for works by artists like Botero and Frank Stella that simply could not fit inside his primary exhibition space.
