Piman Bouk Haitian Restaurant

The yellow paint on the exterior of Piman Bouk makes the building stand out against the grey pavement of Northeast Second Avenue. Inside, the space operates as a central hub for Miami’s Haitian community, serving traditional griot and pikliz to both neighborhood regulars and visitors. Before it became a restaurant, the building housed a variety of local businesses, but the current owners transformed the kitchen into a space dedicated specifically to the preservation of authentic Haitian recipes and regional culinary traditions.
