Front & York

Front and York occupies a full city block that spent many years as a fenced-off, industrial parking lot owned by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. Before it became this residential complex, the land was so heavily used for manufacturing that the site required extensive environmental remediation, including the removal of over two hundred and fifty thousand cubic yards of soil to clear out materials from past lead smelting operations.
