Hudson Theatre

The Hudson Theatre stands as one of the oldest Broadway playhouses still in operation, having first opened its doors in 1903. Its original proprietor, Henry B. Harris, became a central figure in the theater's history after he perished aboard the RMS Titanic in 1912. Following his death, his widow, Renee Harris, took over operations, securing her place in New York history as the city's only female producer-manager at that time.
