FULL CITY ROOSTER

food drink

Full City Rooster displays a faded, hand-painted sign on a brick facade along South Lamar Street. This roasting house occupies a building that once served as a warehouse during the early industrial days of the Cedars. Michael Wyatt opened this space to roast coffee beans in small batches, choosing to keep the original concrete floors and industrial bones intact. He keeps the heavy, vintage cast-iron roasters running daily, filling the block with the smell of roasting Arabica beans.
