Inside, the collection holds instruments and anatomy displays that tracked how battlefield medicine evolved from basic tourniquets to complex trauma surgery. One artifact, a bloodstained surgical kit, belonged to a doctor treating Napoleon’s soldiers during the Russian campaign.
