You are standing on the hillside of the Parc de Belleville, which sits one hundred and eight meters above sea level. This elevation makes it the highest public park in all of Paris. From the terrace at the summit, you can look out across the rooftops to see the Eiffel Tower and the dome of Les Invalides rising above the city skyline.
