You are approaching a site that until 2022 was a neglected stretch of asphalt used primarily as a parking lot. This space, located on the campus of the Ecole Normale Superieure Jourdan, has been completely transformed into an experimental urban agroforest known as Sylvia. The project replaced the barren pavement with a dense, productive ecosystem designed to test how city environments can regenerate their own soil and thrive amid changing climates.
