L'Atelier du Plateau / Théâtre Ecarlate

The building you are approaching was once a factory that produced industrial pipes. In nineteen ninety-nine, after twenty-five years of touring the world, the Théâtre Ecarlate company transformed this hollow industrial shell into the artistic space known today as L'Atelier du Plateau. The troupe chose the location for its soaring architecture, which features six-meter-high glass ceilings and an open floor plan that allows performers to utilize vertical space for aerial acrobatics.
