The Foro Lindbergh is a semicircular stage framed by two high, ornate pergolas draped in flowering vines, anchored by a central fountain decorated with colorful tiles. Built in the nineteen twenties, it sits on the site of a former horse racing track. The architect Roberto Montes de Oca designed these structures to host public performances and poetry readings, turning the old track into a landscaped community park. A bronze sculpture by the artist Roberto Montenegro sits at the heart of the tiled fountain display.
