The Fashion and Textile Museum stands out in the Bermondsey streetscape for its impossible-to-miss exterior, which is painted in a vibrant, collision-course palette of hot pink, burnt orange, yellow, and bright blue. This striking design was the vision of the renowned Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, who transformed a former warehouse into this bold landmark. It remains the only building in Europe that Legorreta ever designed.
