The Notting Hill Arts Club began its life in nineteen ninety-seven as a subterranean, basement-level escape at twenty-one Notting Hill Gate. Its design features exposed industrial piping and worn floorboards that served as a blueprint for the grungier aesthetic seen in many contemporary London music venues today. Rather than relying on high-end decor, the walls are frequently covered in immersive, kaleidoscopic visual projections that transform the small, sweat-drenched room during performances.
