Waterline Square Park

Waterline Square Park serves as a modern bridge between the dense city grid and the natural edge of the Hudson River. Although it is framed by three high-end residential towers, the park itself is a public space designed to invite the entire neighborhood in. Its layout purposefully breaks away from the traditional, enclosed superblock format, instead creating open, porous pathways that draw pedestrians toward the water.
