Château Rouge Paris 75018

The name of this neighborhood traces back to a grand manor house built here in seventeen sixty. The residence was constructed of striking red brick, earning it the name Chateau Rouge, or Red Castle. While the original manor was demolished in eighteen seventy five, its name persisted to define the area long after the house itself disappeared.
