The Théâtre de Passy began its life in 1932 during the early excitement of the talking cinema era. Known originally as Le Passy, it served the local community as a neighborhood movie house for decades before it eventually fell silent and closed its doors in 1985. After years of dormancy, the building underwent extensive renovations to restore its original Art Deco character. This revival transformed the space into the modern theater you see today, which now seats two hundred guests and focuses on live stage plays, musicals, and family performances.
