Tower Flower appears to be a living, breathing part of the surrounding landscape rather than a standard apartment building. Architect Edouard Francois designed this ten-story structure as a vertical extension of the neighboring park. The building is enveloped by 380 giant, prefabricated concrete planters that hang from the balconies. These planters are filled with bamboo, which acts as a dense, green veil that filters light and provides natural shade for the residents inside.
