Kaiserstraße 46

other

The facade at Kaiserstraße forty-six features a distinctively ornate, rounded bay window that rises through the central stories of the building. Built in the late nineteenth century, this townhouse reflects the transition from historicist styles toward the more fluid, decorative patterns of Art Nouveau. Architect Georg Zeh commissioned the structure in eighteen ninety-eight, placing it among the early developments that defined this quarter. It remains a residential address, preserving the dense, decorative aesthetic favored by Munich builders during that era of rapid expansion.
