The Nakaza Cuidaore Building sits at the corner with a bright red, mechanical clown named Kuidaore Taro standing near the entrance. He wears oversized glasses and a striped outfit, playing a drum that has kept a beat for decades. This building replaced the historic Nakaza Theater, which burned down in the late nineties. While the theater hosted traditional puppet performances for over a century, this structure houses restaurants where the local philosophy of eating until you drop remains the primary draw.
