The Don Quijote Dotonbori store features a massive, oval-shaped Ferris wheel attached directly to the side of its yellow building. While most Ferris wheels are standalone attractions, this one, called the Ebisu Tower, sits vertically against the facade, lifting riders high above the canal. The structure serves as the entrance to the store, and its design includes a rotating platform that pivots ninety degrees before the cars begin their ascent, a rare configuration that drew thousands of visitors until its mechanical issues caused a decade-long closure.
