The Papko Art Collection occupies a nondescript, glass-fronted office building in the middle of Harbiye. Inside, the space functions as a private gallery for the contemporary works collected by Öner Kocabeyoğlu over three decades. While the exterior blends into the city's commercial blocks, the interior houses a dense, changing rotation of pieces from internationally recognized artists like Bernar Venet and Tony Cragg. It operates as an extension of the owner's personal study, maintained for artists and researchers to access his archives.
