Bram Stoker lived at 18 St Leonards Terrace in Chelsea when he was writing the novel that would define his legacy. While he was a professional theater manager for the Lyceum Theatre by day, he spent his evenings crafting the story of Count Dracula. It was in this quiet residential terrace that he channeled his literary imagination, eventually publishing his famous gothic horror masterpiece in 1897.
