Pulp Fiction (Banksy)

The Pulp Fiction mural appeared in 2002 on a wall near the Old Street underground station. It featured the two lead characters from the film of the same name, Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield, captured in their iconic, threatening stance. In this version, the actors John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson held bright yellow bananas instead of their usual firearms. This simple substitution transformed a scene of cinematic violence into an image of harmless, absurd comedy.
