Queen Elizabeth II Garden

The Queen Elizabeth II Garden stands as a tranquil, two-acre sanctuary nestled within the historic landscape of The Regent's Park. Its creation reclaimed a site that had been closed to the public for over one hundred years, as it formerly functioned as a restricted horticultural nursery for the city's royal parks. Following the decommissioning of those greenhouses in twenty eighteen, designers transformed the once-industrial footprint into a vibrant micro-mosaic of habitats designed to support local wildlife and pollinators. The garden officially opened in April twenty twenty-six to mark what would have been the centenary year of Queen Elizabeth the Second.
