Remember When (Love Blocks)

The Remember When installation is a collection of giant, colorful wooden letter blocks scattered across the lawn, collectively spelling out the word love. It was crafted by the artist collective known as Misfit Toys. While the name might suggest a connection to the global trend of attaching metal padlocks to public infrastructure, this sculpture has nothing to do with those traditional love locks. Instead, the piece was designed as a playful, interactive art installation that invites visitors of all ages to sit, pose, and reconnect with a sense of childlike wonder.
