The Denver Central Market

The Denver Central Market features a wide, glass garage door that slides open to blur the line between the sidewalk and the food hall. Before the neighborhood gentrified, this building served as a series of industrial warehouses and a neighborhood bakery. Ken Wolf bought the structure and converted it into a communal space for local vendors. He wanted to provide a permanent home for small businesses to sell their goods under one roof. The smell of wood-fired pizza often drifts out into Larimer Street.
