Dairy Block

The brick facade of the Dairy Block occupies the alley between Blake and Wazee Streets. This stretch of historic warehouses housed the Windsor Farm Dairy, which served Denver residents starting in the early twentieth century. By nineteen-fifteen, the company used this location to bottle milk and churn butter, processing dairy from local ranches for city delivery. Today, the complex keeps its original brickwork and industrial signs, while the former loading docks function as walkways for visitors moving through the neighborhood.
