This space sits inside the Container Park, where shipping containers were stacked and welded together to create an open-air shopping and dining venue. When the park opened in twenty thirteen, these metal walls replaced a vacant lot on Fremont Street. The tiny footprint forced the kitchen to focus on curing meats and sourcing cheeses, turning the compact box into a dedicated tasting room.
