The brick facade of the Downtown Terrace features wide, floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Container Park. This spot sits on the second level of a shopping complex built from stacked steel shipping containers. Developers opened the space in twenty fifteen to provide an elevated vantage point for the street-level crowds below. Before the revitalization of this block, the site served as an empty lot for years, offering nothing but gravel and dust to the people passing through the heart of the city.
