It occupies a former naval storehouse that once held heavy equipment for the Australian military. In two thousand and eight, the site transformed into a hub for community programs, youth leadership, and sports training. Former rugby league player Dean Widders helped shape its early focus on connecting young people with mentors. The building now serves as a space for gatherings, workshops, and athlete development.
