The most prominent feature of Central Park Sydney is the cantilevered heliostat, a massive array of mirrors that hangs off the side of the tallest tower to bounce sunlight into the shaded public park below. This site once housed the Kent Brewery, which produced Tooheys beer for over one hundred and fifty years. When the brewery closed in two thousand and five, developers turned the industrial grounds into a dense residential precinct, keeping the original brick brewery facade integrated into the modern glass structures.
