Lucky Luke - Comics Street Art

The mural of Lucky Luke painted on the side of the building shows the cowboy firing his pistol so fast that his shadow is still holstering its own gun. This work is part of the Brussels Comic Book Route, a project launched in the nineties to turn blank city walls into tributes to Belgian graphic artists. Morris, the creator of Lucky Luke, lived in this neighborhood, and his lanky, sharp-eyed gunslinger remains one of the most recognizable icons in the country's long tradition of comic strips.
