Melrose/Detroit Botanical Garden

Neighbors organized to reclaim the land, clearing the debris and planting the hardy, drought-tolerant gardens you see today. It serves as a peaceful community-managed sanctuary where you can find flowering salvias, rosemary, and other herbs that thrive in the neighborhood fog.
