Cultural Center Escale

The Cultural Center Escale is a twenty-five hundred square meter facility designed to function like a vessel, carrying visitors toward discovery and escape. Inaugurated in nineteen ninety-nine, the building spans four levels, with its twenty-two individual classrooms all named after various islands and peninsulas from around the world. These names evoke distant Mediterranean, tropical, and northern landscapes to mirror the center's goal of artistic exploration. The space functions as a neighborhood hub for local creation, housing both the Odyssée Theater and a dedicated art gallery.
