Station F

landmark

The massive concrete arch of Station F stretches over three hundred meters long, a relic of the Halle Freyssinet railway freight terminal. Designed by Eugene Freyssinet in nineteen twenty-nine, the structure pioneered the use of prestressed concrete to create thin, soaring vaults without internal columns. Xavier Niel converted this derelict depot into the world’s largest startup campus, housing over one thousand companies under one roof. Startup founders often sleep in the nearby micro-apartments, working through the night to build their digital empires.
