Street Art C215

The stencil work by the artist known as C215 features a portrait of a person in profile, rendered in layers of spray paint against the raw concrete of the building. Christian Guémy, the artist behind the tag, chooses these forgotten surfaces to place faces of people he encounters on the street. He leaves these figures to weather alongside the walls themselves, rather than framing them or sealing them away from the rain. He started placing these works here in the late two thousands.
