Villa Reifenberg

landmark

Villa Reifenberg stands as one of the original modernist anchors of this private street, constructed between nineteen twenty-five and nineteen twenty-seven. Designed by the architect Robert Mallet-Stevens, the building was created specifically for the pianist Helena Reifenberg and her children. It was the first of five private mansions the architect completed on this block, setting a tone of strict geometric precision for the entire street. Its expansive facade stretches nearly twenty-eight meters, establishing it as the largest residence in the architect's ambitious urban project.
