Square Jean Moulin

It occupies a site once dominated by plaster quarries, which kept the ground unstable until engineers reinforced the earth in the nineteen sixties. A bronze bust of Jean Moulin stands near the upper path, commemorating the resistance leader who coordinated the French movements during the occupation. The park remains a place where local residents navigate the heavy incline daily.
