The facade of Mains d'Œuvres features a weathered brick exterior punctuated by tall, arched industrial windows that once illuminated the workers of the Valeo automotive plant. This structure functioned as a social and sports center for employees before the factory closed in the nineteen nineties. Now, the space hosts artist studios, rehearsal rooms, and a public cafe. In two thousand one, a collective transformed these former corporate locker rooms and assembly halls into a permanent home for experimental music and community theater.
