The long, mahogany bar top inside Arnaud’s restaurant serves as the centerpiece of the French Seventy-Five Bar. It features a distinct curved shape that separates the bartenders from the crowd, a design choice made during the nineteen eighties when the space became a standalone lounge. Before that, the area functioned as a dry waiting room for diners. Now, it hosts a menu focused on classic cocktails, named for the World War One artillery piece and the gin-based drink of the same name.
