Unlike the souvenir shops nearby, this space functions as a cultural center dedicated to preserving the traditional practices of Louisiana Voodoo. Brandi Kelley founded the shop in nineteen ninety-six to provide authentic supplies and education. She maintains a workspace where practitioners craft talismans according to long-standing rituals, often while local residents stop in for private spiritual consultations.
