The Legacy Club sits sixty stories above the Fremont Street Experience, capped by a terrace lined with polished brass busts of the city's founding gamblers. These figures include Benny Binion, Jackie Gaughan, and Kirk Kerkorian, staring out toward the horizon where they once plotted the growth of the valley. Derek Stevens built the space to anchor the Circa resort, placing the founders in the direct line of sight of the older casinos they operated when Las Vegas was a smaller, wilder town.
