Bingham Court

Bingham Court features a distinct row of brick townhouses designed with tall, arched doorways and gated courtyards that tuck away from the street. These homes occupy the footprint of the original eighteenth century mansion belonging to William Bingham, a man who once held the title of the wealthiest citizen in America. When his estate fell into disrepair and faced demolition in the nineteen sixties, developers saved the mansion's original carriage house and integrated it into this private residential complex.
