Reitschule Voegeli Unterseen

other

The Reitschule Voegeli features a heavy timber frame and a distinct low-slung roof that sits just off the main path in Unterseen. This structure housed the riding school established by the Voegeli family, a local lineage deeply integrated into the town’s equestrian traditions. For decades, the arena served as the primary site where riders learned to navigate the rugged terrain of the Bernese Oberland. The horses were kept in stalls built directly into the lower level, separating the animals from the upper training ring.
