A pair of oversized, hyper-realistic blue eyes stares out from a brick wall, framed by a cascade of colorful, three-dimensional butterflies. This mural, titled Human After All, covers the side of a building on La Brea Avenue. The artist, known as Punkmetender, crafted these butterflies from fiberglass and mounted them directly onto the surface to create a shifting play of light and shadow. The piece sits in the heart of Hollywood, where the street art changes almost as fast as the neighborhood itself.
