Local restaurateurs reclaimed this space to host a communal kitchen and coffee bar where customers watch cooks prepare sourdough and seasonal dishes in an open, visible workspace. A massive, salvaged wooden table dominates the center of the room, acting as the primary hub where strangers share space while drinking coffee.
