The Vue Bar features a wrap-around balcony that hangs over the intersection of Fremont and Third Street. It occupies the second floor of the Neonopolis complex, a massive structure designed to revitalize downtown Las Vegas in the early two thousands. While the surrounding streets bustle with tourists and street performers, this balcony provides a vantage point for watching the crowd from above. Frank Fertitta and other developers built this space to host diners and drinkers watching the city transition from old to new.
