The rotating bar at Whiskey Licker Up sits directly above the Fremont Street Experience, suspended by a massive steel rig. Benny Binion opened the original casino here in nineteen fifty-one, and this floor once served as part of the hotel layout before the construction of the revolving lounge. Workers installed the floor-to-ceiling glass windows specifically to watch the crowds and zip-liners below. Bartenders here still pour drinks while the entire circular bar slowly turns, completing a full rotation every forty-five minutes.
